Q. What is the wait time to receive my order?
A. It takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete orders. Those are approximate times. We may be able to complete your order slightly earlier or slightly later than 6-8 weeks. We like to maintain the lines of communication either by e-mail or phone to keep you abreast of the status of your order. Be mindful that calling to check on the status of your order within 2-5 weeks of having placed it, will not be helpful. We often get calls from anxious customers checking on their orders within a week or two of placing an order, and we rarely if ever move that quickly. There is always a back order, which is why we try and stay within the 6-8 week time frame to complete your order. Additionally, we complete our requests in the order that they come. This is the fairest way to manage the customer back log.
Q. What type leather do you use?
A. Wickett and Craig or Herman Oak, interchangeably. Vegetable tanned, top grain cow hyde.
Q. Do you do specialty orders?
A. Currently, we do not do special (custom) orders. They take up too much time and require a lot of prototyping.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our return policy is 30 days from the date you received the order as long as the following requirements are met:
Q. How do you ship your products?
A. We ship all products Postal Priority with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. We provide each customer with a loyalty card. Each time a customer purchases a product, the loyalty card is stamped. When the customer has purchased a total of five products, a 25% discount will be given on the sixth purchase. Also, there are discounts available for the Deep Concealment Bundles. We encourage customers who are trying to buy the Omega IWB and Ulrich Ankle system to first review the bundle packages as there may be important discount opportunities available there.
All items must be in new/unused condition.
Item(s) is returned in original packaging.
Item(s) must be received in the above referenced condition. Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the individual(s) returning the item(s) and not Prince Gun Leather. Meaning, if the item(s) are shipped by you in new condition, but are damaged during transit, a refund will not be honored. You, the shipper, must file a claim with the USPS to recover losses. We suggest that any returns be insured through USPS for the MSRP of the item(s).
Any special requests such as initials on holsters, belts or accessories will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Refunds on belts with or without special modifications will not be returned under any circumstances.

If a refund is given, a small fee, charged by PayPal will be deducted from the refund.
