Designed with the same platform as the Ulrich Ankle Holster. This hand cuff holder
was crafted with the intent of encouraging the wearer to keep his/her handcuffs within
arm’s reach at all times. Flex cuffs end up in yesterdays pant pockets and handcuffs
remain yet another item that is cumbersome to hide on your person. This system pairs
nicely with your ankle rig. It is worn on the opposite ankle, to be retrieved with your
non shooting hand. For example, a right handed shooter would wear this system on
the inside of their right ankle. You will note that there is a “pull through” design with this
system. Once again, yet another design that allows the wearer to rely on gross motor
skills to retrieve the cuffs (see Ulrich Pull Through). Because the ankle wrap platform
is the exact same shape as the Ulrich Ankle Holster, there is no need to learn a new
way of placement. It is advised that the wearer utilize hinged cuffs over chained, as the
hinged design is noiseless.
